On-Grounds and Commercial Photography
The Los Angeles Zoo reserves the right to photograph, videotape, or film our visitors on Zoo grounds, for self-promotional purposes. The commercial use of photographs, video, and film taken during your visit is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the Los Angeles Zoo.
When you visit the L.A. Zoo, please keep noise levels down, do not knock on glass in viewing areas, and never feed the animals. Maintain a physical distance from animals, just as you do with people. All of the Zoo’s animals need special diets to stay healthy, and the wrong food can make them sick. Feeding the animals may result in your removal from the Zoo.
The Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens is owned, operated, and maintained by the City of Los Angeles.
The Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is the official support arm of the Zoo.
